No previous experience is necessary. Our team are warm, friendly and experienced in teaching a wide range of skills. This is a supportive environment to build confidence and feel relaxed.
The programme is run from our welcoming art studio but we can also offer online classes if you feel this would suit you better - please email us for details and a link.
These sessions are completely free and have been funded by the NHS and Suffolk County Council, via Suffolk Community Foundation, to support adults with their mental health and wellbeing.
